Authority Leadership

The Seneca County Water and Sewer Authority is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, appointed by the County's Board of Supervisors.  The Board of Directors appoints an Executive Director, who addresses the day-to-day needs of the Authority, and carries our the Board's strategic direction.

Board Members are appointed to three-year, staggered terms.  Staff serves at the pleasure of the Authority Board of Directors.
